Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make certain pressing conditions and prevent a generation of internal structure defects such as element separation, etc., by a method wherein a deformed press head is manufactured corresponding to a stacked number or an electrode form of an internal electrode of a green block to pressurize the green block. SOLUTION: Plastic rubber is changed to be concave or convex according to a printed pattern of an internal electrode 4 of a green sheet to use as a base substrate. In order to reproduce a concave/convex form of this base substrate, the base substrate is enclosed and epoxy resin is flown thereinto to make a replica. ABC resin is jetted and molded based on this replica to make a deformed press head 7. A green block is pressed employing this deformed press head 7. Thus, by employing the deformed press head corresponding to the internal electrode 4, a product not having structure defects such as element separation, etc., can be obtained. |
