Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a magnet from rotating idly at a high rotational speed at a high temperature by a method wherein a magnet is subjected to extruding using a ferromagetic material as a punch and tightly bound to a ferromagnetic material. SOLUTION: A molten alloy of Nd-Co-B-Ga-Fe is turned into powder through a quenching method, and powder is molded into a body through a cold press method. Graphite is applied as lubricant onto the molded body, and the molded body is subjected to a hot press to be enhanced in density and cooled down to a room temperature. In succession, lubricant is applied onto the molded body again and heated, and extruding is carried out using a ferromagnetic invar alloy as a punch. Or, extruding is carried out immediately after a hot press for the formation of a magnet where a ferromagnetic material is firmly bound. Moreover, a pressure is applied to an extrusion free end when extruding is carried out. |
