Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a magnetic head being an overwrite head from abutting on a magneto-optical disk, that is, prevent the disk from being damaged and cracked on a disk surface when it is loaded. SOLUTION: The magnetic head 72 being the overwrite head opposed to an optical pickup 71 having an objective lens 711 and the magneto-optical disk between is attached to a holding device 73 through a suspension 77. A support lever 72 for moving the magnetic head 72 to be away from and nearer to the magneto-optical disk through the suspension 77 by turning operation is arranged on the downside of the suspension 77. Then, the device is constituted so that the support lever 76 is engaged with a damper 16, and the turning operation is made slow, and the speed that the magnetic head 72 is abutted on the magnetic-optical disk is mitigated.
