Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a fall of a conductive particle and to reduce contact resistance by applying weight in the vertical direction, applying vibration in the longitudinal direction of a rectangle and also flatting the conductive particle in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: The weight is applied from the upper surface of the conductive particle 8, and simultaneously, the vibration is applied along the longitudinal direction of electrodes 6, 7. By the weight and the vibration, contact areas between the conductive particle 8 and an upper electrode 6, and between the conductive particle 8 and a lower electrode 7 are increased, and further, since the weight and the vibration are applied to the upper and lower electrodes 6, 7 through the conductive particle 8, the electrodes 6, 7 themselves are softened, and since a plastic deformation area is dented, restoration force of a bump is suppressed by the dent, and a spring back phenomenon is suppressed. Further, when the vibration parallel to the short side of the rectangle is applied, though the conductive particles 8 on the electrodes 6, 7 are pushed out from the electrodes 6, 7, and the fall amount are increased, the fall are prevented since the vibration is applied in the longitudinal direction. |
