Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greater durability refractory protective block and a boiler protective wall structure which is not destroyed even when a heat exchanger is more expanded than a refractory is upon temperature rise and cooling being repeated, and which ensures distorsion dispersion upon expansion and construction being repeated. SOLUTION: A refractory protective block 17 is provided which protects heat-exchange means to which a tube 10 and a fin 11 are connected. In the refractory protective block 17, there is provided a recess 14 which has a complementary internal surface configuration corresponding to that of the heat exchange means and in which a protrusion 12 provided on the tube 10 is fitted and accommodated. A pair of the protrusions 12 provided on the two adjacent tubes 10 in the heat exchange means are provided oppositely to each other.
