A thrust bearing part 61 bearing the end of the first and the second circumferential bearing parts 93, 95 and the shaft 21 are made into a bag shaped integral sintered body with a fibrous oil impregnation part 70 inserted therein and arranged in the central part of the metal 60 excluding the upper and the lower parts thereof. The metal 60 and the oil impregnation part 70 of the bearing device 10 are impregnated with oil in such manner. Thus reliability of the bearing device can be secured even under use of high temperature and high speed.
