BEARING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure reliability of a bearing device under high temperature and high speed usage by making a circumferential bearing part bearing the circumferential part of a rotor shaft and a thrust bearing part bearing the shaft end in a bag shaped integral sintered body and providing an oil impregnation part therein. SOLUTION: The bearing device 10 of a stator 14 as a solid body sizes a metal 60 to a specific configuration and the metal 60 forms a first circumferential bearing part 93 and the second circumferential bearing part 95 bearing the circumferential part of a shaft 21. A thrust bearing part 61 bearing the end of the first and the second circumferential bearing parts 93, 95 and the shaft 21 are made into a bag shaped integral sintered body with a fibrous oil impregnation part 70 inserted therein and arranged in the central part of the metal 60 excluding the upper and the lower parts thereof. The metal 60 and the oil impregnation part 70 of the bearing device 10 are impregnated with oil in such manner. Thus reliability of the bearing device can be secured even under use of high temperature and high speed.
