Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adapt a sliding surface to the opposite surface for lessening a gap during operations, and thereby enhance performance by setting a steel thin plate at least on the surface side of which an adaptable layer is formed, over the root surface of each scroll. SOLUTION: The scroll type fluid machinery is so constituted that a stationary scroll 1 over the end plate of which a spiral shaped lap 1W is erected, is combined with a turning scroll 2 over the end plate of which a spiral shaped lap 2W is erected so as to be meshed. Each adaptable surface 1L and 2L made of molybdenum disulfide is formed over the bottom plates 1P and 2P of the respective scrolls 1 and 2. When the machine is in operation, the stationary scroll 1 is pushed with pressure by an intermediate pressure chamber 22, it is pushed onto the turning scroll 2, and the adaptable layer 2L of the bottom plate 2P is thereby abraded by the tip end of the spiral shaped lap. By this constitution, the distance between both the scrolls is thereby shortened, and a gap at the tip end of the spiral shaped lap can be made small. By this constitution, the performance of the scroll type compressor can be enhanced. |
