FLOOR-CEILING INTEGRATED UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save time and labor for construction works by fixing hung-supports and ceiling-board support frames at the four corners of a PC board as a floor member through horizontal level automatic adjusting joints and installing equipment pipes to the lower section of the PC board. SOLUTION: Hung supports 3 and ceiling-board support frames 4 are fastened to a PC board 2 as a floor member made of concrete and the four corners of the PC board 2 through horizontal level automatic adjusting joints 5. Reinforcing members 6 are mounted among the support frames 4, and ceiling boards 7 are set up to the support frames 4 and equipment pipings 9 are fitted to the lower section of the PC board 2, and a floor-ceiling integrated unit 1 is molded. Assembled units 1A, 1B, 1C are laid among beams 10, spaces between each unit 1 are sealed by sealing materials 11 and the equipment pipings 9 are connected mutually, and ceiling equipments such as ceiling lighting fixtures, an air-conditioning air outlet, etc., are fitted. Accordingly, ceiling construction works are rationalized, and mandays can be reduced.
