PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient strength even in an aluminum product by mechanically connecting a chord member and a web member without welding. SOLUTION: It is constituted of a pair of aluminum extruded section made chord members and a plural number of aluminum extruded section made web members 3. Both of the chord members 2 have web member fitting parts 4 of a sectional surface square shape with one side open in which both end parts of each of the web members 3 are fit free to move in the lengthy direction of the chord members. Additionally a plural number of recessed lines 8 are provided on both of the web material fitting parts 4, and a plural number of protruded lines 9 to fit in them are provided on both end parts of each of the web members 3. Furthermore, both of the end parts of each of the web members 3 are fit to specified positions of both of the web member fitting parts 4, and caulking parts 10 to avoid movement of each of the web members 3 from a specified position in the lengthy direction of the chord members 2 are provided on both of the web member fitting parts 4.
