Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain a detergent for atopic dermatitis having low irritation to skin and high safety, capable of reducing a symptom of xeransis or pruritus, etc., of a patient of atopic dermatitis and having excellent use feeling or finish ing. CONSTITUTION: This detergent contains 1-80wt.% N-acyglutamate of the formula (R is a 10-18C hydrocarbon; M is Na ion, K ion, ammonium ion, triethanolammonium ion or H ion) and 0.0001-15wt.% docosahexaenoic acid- containing lipid. As the docosahexaenoic acid (abbreviated as DHA), oil and fat especially obtained from adiposum orbitae tissue of fishes is directly used, or DHA obtained by separating, decomposing and purifying by a normal method is used, and DHA content in DHA-containing lipid is preferably >=5wt.%, especially >=20wt.%. This detergent can be prepared for a face washing agent, a detergent for body and a shampoo, etc., of latex type, creamy type or a solid type.
