Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely join and cover corrosion-resistant metallic plates by applying corrosion-proof resin at intervals on the surface of a steel pipe pile, coiling a corrosion- resistant metallic plate on the steel pipe pile, and performing the resistance seam welding of the corrosion-resistant metallic plate and the steel pipe pile in a nonapplied part by applying a pressure. SOLUTION: After applying a hardening adhesive on the rear of a corrosion-proof resin strip 1 by a container 2, the strip 1 is wound and stuck on the surface of a steel pipe 3 in a spiral shape. The width of the corrosion-proof resin strip 1 is narrower than that of a corrosion-proof metallic plate 4. Nonapplied parts with no resin applied are formed at regular intervals W. The corrosion-resistant metallic plate 5 of a band plate which becomes a backing strip, is let out on the steel pipe 3 with the titanium plate 4. The metallic plate 5 is coiled on the nonapplied parts of the steel pipe 3 in a spiral shape. After coiling the tip part 4a of the titanium plate 4 and the end part 5a of the metallic plate 5, they are welded on this side of a roll 10 by a resistance seam welding machine 11. Another end part 4b of the titanium plate 4, another end part 5b of the metallic plate 5 and the steel pipe 3 are welded by a resistance seam welding machine 12. Welding can be surely performed because welding is performed in the nonapplied parts. |
