Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To enable drastic improvement of stop position accuracy of a traveling body such as a crane and reduction of the costs of equipment and maintenance by correcting the position detected data from a position detector into the absolute position data of dog for adjusting, stored in a storing device of a position detecting unit by means of a detecting signal. CONSTITUTION: An overhead crane 2 waits at a point C0 and then travels by taking a point C3 as the target stop position. A command that the point C3 is taken as the target stop position is input into a calculator 13 from a calculator for control. The calculator 13 which has received the command calculates the correction reference point of the traveling starting direction, the deceleration starting position and the detecting position from the detected position data indicated by position detecting units 10a, 10b and the position data of the target stop position C3 point indicated by the calculator for control, and it sets the absolute position data of the detected position correcting point, namely, the position data of the left ends of the correcting dogs 11a, 11b is set into a buffer memories of the position detecting units 10a, 10b. |
