SOLUTION: A tissue culture is conducted for the cornea (cut pieces) obtained from slaughtered livestock such as cattle, horse, pig, sheep, goat or rabbit or dead person. It is preferable that the other ocular stimulation test be conducted using the cultured cornea (cut pieces) obtained by the above tissue culture. |
