COMBINATION SWITCH FOR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination switch which consists of a switch unit of lever operation type to be mounted on a steering column of a car and is fabricated by such a simple die structure as allowing shortening of the die shaping cycle. SOLUTION: The structure of a combination switch for a car is composed of a pinching part having projection 2 where the first rib for coupling 54A furnished on a switch unit 50 is provided on each of the opposing side faces of a mounting recess 1A in the base 1 to serve as the switch unit accommodation part in such a way as pinched from above and below and dislocated in the up-down positioning, a screw fastening part having threaded hole 3 provided on the front face of the recess 1A, and a coupling part including a fit part having a groove 4 provided at the front surface of the recess 1A in a length equal to or smaller than the depth of the threaded hole 3. Thereby the die structure is as a whole embodied simple because this constitution can suppress to the minimum the moving amount of the side core of the die.
