RECORDER/PLAYER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate edition, continuous recording/playback of recorded signals. SOLUTION: The recorder/player comprises an insertion port 3 of a recording/playback media to be loaded to an internal mechanism, means 4 for displaying the operating state thereof, and a first control means 5 for the internal recording/playback media disposed thereunder. The recorder/player further comprises a power supply key 6 for turning the power supply to an external apparatus on/off, and a key 7 for taking out the recording/playback media loaded to the mechanism of external apparatus. A second control means 9 for an external recording/playback media is further disposed on the under side of means 8 for displaying the operating state of external recording/playback media. A continuous key 10 and clubbing keys 11, 12 are also provided in order to perform continuous recording/playback and automatic dubbing of a recording/ playback media loaded to the inner mechanism and the mechanism of external apparatus. Furthermore, a power supply indicating part 13 for external apparatus and a charging indicating part 14 are provided and an insertion port 15 of cable to be connected with external apparatus is provided thereunder.
