Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a blood protein coexisting with dejection component by adding an inhibitor to such component in a normal human dejection as exhibiting activity for lowering the antigenicity of blood protein and contained in a liquid passed through a membrane filter of a specified pore size when it is passing through the filter in dissolved state. SOLUTION: Such component in a normal human dejection containing no hemorrhage having an activity for lowering the antigenicity of blood protein, especially hemoglobin, and contained in a liquid passed through a membrane filter having pore size of about 5μm when it is passed through the filter while being dissolved into an extraction liquid is called Hb degenerative factor. A typical inhibitor resisting against the action of Hb degenerative factor for lowering the antigenicity is antibody. The antibody can be prepared using an immune animal, e.g. mouse, rat or rabbit, with an Hb degenerative factor extracted from human dejection as an immune source. When the antibody is added to dejection, the antibody acts as a inhibitor for Hb degenerative factor to suppress degeneration and decomposition of blood protein effectively. |
