Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce tensile force of a bar in the longitudinal direction and to remove nonlinearity from the variation in the quantity of stored charge by securing the bar coupled with a plate part at the opposite end parts thereof by means of a securing part having a buffer part and supporting the intermediate part of bar by means of a securing part having a strain bar. SOLUTION: Bars 401a, 401b, coupled with plate members 101a, 101b, are secured by a securing means 410 at the opposite ends thereof. More specifically, a buffer part 411 extending perpendicularly from the end part of bar 401a, 401b is secured to a securing part 412 fixed to a board. Consequently, tensile force of the bar 401a, 401b can be reduced in the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, strain bars 421a, 421b extending to the opposite sides are coupled perpendicularly to the bars 401a, 401b at an intermediate pat thereof, i.e., a part of maximum amplitude, and securing parts 422a, 422b, fixed to the board, are secured to the end parts thereof. When the bars 401a, 401b vibrate, a uniform interval is sustained between members 101a, 101b and electrodes 108a, 108b and linear variation is ensured in the quantity of stored charge caused by variation of angular speed. |
