Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily convey from a small opening, to simply open it and to provide the excellent heat insulation effect by disposing the silicone coating surface of fire resistant fiber woven fabric at the inside, sewing a bag, and supplying the air to the bag to expand the bag as a heat shield wall. SOLUTION: The heat shield wall of a hot repair thermal insulation apparatus of an industrial kiln is formed in a bag state by coating the one side surface of fire resistant fiber woven fabric 61 with silicone resin 62, disposing the coating surface at the inside, and sewing the peripheries to a bag state. When the air is supplied into the bag to expand the bag, it can be used as a heat shield wall. The resin 62 of the inner surface suppresses the leakage of the air from the interstices of the fabric 61 to be useful for expanding the bag. In the case of repairing or inspecting the important position, when the apparatus is used, the space necessary for working in the kiln can be secured without stopping the entire kiln, the time of recovering the operating temperature by reheating the kiln is shortened to reduce the operating loss, thereby making it possible to reduce the energy for again superheating it.
