WASTE WATER NEUTRALIZING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden for manual work and to efficiently execute neutralization. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a calcium carbonate preparing tank 1 in which calcium carbonate is dissolved into water 11 to make it into slurry, the primary neutralizing tank 2 in which the primary neutralization is executed by mixing and stirring the slurry calcium carbonate 14 and raw water 14 and also a scum content 15 is separated and removed, a sedimentation tank 4 to which a treated water 16 at the primary neutralizing tank 2 is allowed to flow to settle and remove a solid content 22 and the secondary neutralizing tank 6 in which a liq. content 19 in the sedimentation tank 4 and caustic soda 20 are mixed and stirred to execute the secondary neutralization.
