Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely discharge foreign matters regardless of shapes thereof by a method wherein when foreign matters are supplied, they are pushed out by a push-out member and a scraper member is installed to scrape out the foreign matters. SOLUTION: In a shear crushing machine wherein shearing blades 5, 6 are arranged at predetermined intervals on a pair of crushing rollers 3, 4, respectively and the blades 5 are disposed so as to mate with the blades 6, a push-out member 20 for pushing out uncrushable foreign matters is disposed above the blades 5 and a foreign matter scraping member 30 is installed in opposition to the member 20. And foreign matters are pushed out by the member 20 and the foreign matters which are pushed out are scraped out of a casing by the member 30.
