Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple structure, and a method thereof in which a position of an ion extraction aperture of a puller in a cyclotron can be easily operated from the external to move in accordance with move of an ion source cone. SOLUTION: An ion source cone 2 is installed to be operated from the external of a cyclotron to move without breaking vacuum. An aperture 1a of a puller 1 is set on a movable aperture member 5. The ion source cone 2 is provided with an operation protrusion 2d, and the operation protrusion 2d is applied to the aperture member 5 midway of moving for moving the aperture member 5. By moving operation of the ion source cone 2, the position of the aperture 1a of the puller 1 is changed to be disposed to the optimum position to face an ion blow port 2a. The aperture 1a can thus be moved without requiring a special moving operation mechanism for the puller 1. |
