PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the insertion operability of a card by providing a through hole on a card holder as a display part for showing the inserting direction of the card. SOLUTION: The through hole forming the external shape of a card is provided at the center of the card holder 7 in the same direction as the held card and in parallel as the display part 15 showing the inserting direction of the card. At the time of inserting the card, a finger is put on a knob 7a and the card holder 7 is turned and it is set to be almost vertical. At that time, light passing the surface of the card holder 7 and passing through the through hole can be viewed. The tip part of the card is inserted into a guide groove 10 along card guides 11 and 12 by picking up the end part of the card and the end part of the card is released. When the card is thus stored, the card holder 7 is turned until the end parts of the card guides 11 and 12 are locked by a pawl part 16. Then, a contact of one side provided in the card is brought into contact with a contact 6a of the other side provided in a main body 5.
