Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically produce a gas containing O as radioactive species in a position emission tomography system. SOLUTION: In a cyclotron 1, proton particles are accelerated and the accelerated proton particles are casted in N2 gas containing specific amount of O2 or CO2 in the irradiation part 3 of a target box 2. By this, part of N2 gas is converted to O gas and from the gas mixed with the converted O gas, is separated. A carrier gas is added to the separated O gas, which is sent to the next process.
