Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reprocess spent nuclear fuel by a separation method without using organic solvent under mild conditions using weak acid solution at ambient temperature and not under severe conditions using strong acid solution at high temperature. SOLUTION: Dissolution of spent nuclear fuel is done under the existence of chlorine dioxide gas or ozone gas in weak chloric acid or weak nitric acid. To a solution having dissolved nuclear fuel, a mixture water solution of sodium carbonate and sodium acid carbonate controlled to be pH8 to 10 is added to form carbonate complex of actinide elements (U, Pu, Np, Am). By making this solution pass through amidoxime resin, the actinide elements are separated and recovered. The remaining solution or deposit product is separated and recovered in accordance with the purpose without using strong acid or organic solvent. |
