Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an image where the reaction rate of a radical can be observed directly when the radical is present in an organism and the radical behaves dynamically. SOLUTION: A plurality of tomographic images of a radical present in an organism are picked up consecutively in time at the same tomographic position of the organism. Relationship between radical concentration and time is then determined at each pixel position of the tomographic image and the reaction rate of the radical is determined at that pixel position and written at a corresponding pixel position in an image memory. The processing is performed for all pixel points of the tomographic images thus displaying an image representative of reaction rate at each pixel point of the tomographic image.
