Chamfered parts 17 are formed on the opening edge side of the cut out 16 of the partition plate 10. Inclined surfaces 15a are formed on the burring part 15 corresponding to the chamfered parts 17 and the cut out part 16 has a form that enables an engagement with the chamfered part 17.
