Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the smooth insertion of a tube element into a connecting hole, to enable the easy positioning of an engaging region between a partition board and a tube element and to prevent the generation of a scrap in forming the connecting hole. SOLUTION: The connecting hole 14 of an end plate 8 is provided with a burring part 15 along all the peripheral of an inserting region by punching it to the inward of a tank. Chamfered parts 17 are formed on the opening edge side of the cut out 16 of the partition plate 10. Inclined surfaces 15a are formed on the burring part 15 corresponding to the chamfered parts 17 and the cut out part 16 has a form that enables an engagement with the chamfered part 17.
