Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange resonator in spite of the presence of auxiliary apparatuses in an engine room and to ensure capacity thereof, and to simplify support structure. SOLUTION: An intake device for an internal combustion engine comprises an air cleaner 1 supported in an engine room; an air cleaner intake hose 10 to interconnect the air cleaner 1 and an internal combustion engine 11 and have a branch opening 13 formed in the side of the air cleaner 1; and a resonator 14 arranged in the vicinity of the air cleaner 1 and in juxtaposition of an air cleaner intake hose 10 and connected to the branch opening 13.
