Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee a quick fuel cut as well as a fuel cut for safety by adjusting the volume of fuel in such an angle zone as not contributing to torque, upon the occurrence of an error. SOLUTION: An error monitor device 175, upon the identification of an error, selects an emergency travel program. In other words, a valve 150 is kept in a close state. Also, solenoid coils 140 to 143 are controlled so as to be capable of adjusting a fuel volume at the crankshaft angle positions where injected fuel does not contribute to the torque of an internal combustion engine. For example, fuel volume adjustment in the zone of the bottom dead center, if possible, is advantageous. This means that the volume of fuel is adjusted immediately before the exhaust value of the internal combustion engine opens.
