Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To prevent the blocking of a water adding nozzle by kneaded matter in a kneader or extrusion molding machine using a solidifying agent and a material to be treated as a raw material. CONSTITUTION: Since a water adding nozzle 21 is closed by a raw material kneaded by the rotation of paddles 17, 17' at a time of the stop of operation, the kneaded matter is solidified if the nozzle is allowed to stand as it is and, even if water is supplied from a water source 29 by a pump 31 in such a state that a solenoid valve 32 is opened, water is not issued. Then, after operation is stopped, compressed air is sent to the water adding nozzle 21 from a compressed air source 34 through a solenoid valve 35 to be blown out into a trough 7. By this constitution, the kneaded matter blocking the water adding nozzle 21 is cleaned.
