Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety by providing an elastic body, of which one end is fixed to an electronic equipment and of which the other end is fixed to a floor surface of a building, a base for holding the electronic equipment freely to be moved on the floor surface, and a connecting cable for controlling the moved variable of the electronic equipment. SOLUTION: In the case where an electronic equipment 1 is moved, for example, to the arrow A direction by the vibration, an elastic body 3 is changed to the posture, which is expressed with a tow-dot chain line, so as to absorb the vibration force, and when the vibration is vanished, the elastic body 3 is reset to the original attitude by the restoring force thereof. Moved variable of the equipment 1 in the arrow A direction is controlled by adjusting length of the connecting cable 4. Tow pairs or more of the elastic body 3 and the connecting cable 4 are provided at need so that the equipment 1 is easily reset to the original position even in case of the twisting movement of the equipment 1. An elastic auxiliary wire is provided in parallel with the connecting cable 4 so as to restrict the deformed variable of the elastic body 3. Furthermore, a base unit for absorbing the vibration in the vertical direction is provided so as to damp the vibration in the vertical and the horizontal direction. With this structure, collision of the electronic equipment with a human body and structures is prevented. |
