Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the breakdown of a non-bearing wall made of precast slab by connecting the fixed end thereof to the non-bearing wall mounting surface on a skeleton side with a joint body capable of being elastically deformed, and providing a recessed section having the shape not preventing deformation of the joint body to the non-bearing wall or skeleton. SOLUTION: A plate-like joint body E is embedded in the lower side section of a skeleton frame A in advance to hang a PC slab 11, and a sleeve joint F of the lower end of the PC slab 11 is fitted to a vertical slab section 10b of the plate-like joint body E. Grout is poured from a grout inlet to fill, and the lower end of the PC slab 11 is connected to the lower side section of the skeleton frame A. Cast-in-place concrete in an upper side section of the skeleton frame A is made, the vertical slab 10b of the plate-like joint body E on the upper end of the PC slab 11 is embedded in the concrete of the skeleton frame A, and the upper end of the PC slab 11 is connected to the skeleton frame A to form a non-bearing wall B. Accordingly, the breakdown of the non-bearing wall can be prevented without transferring force applied to the skeleton frame A in a remaining state when an earthquake occurs. |
