Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reverse infiltration of rainwater from a cylindrical body of a drain pipe into joints in panels in a multistoried building even at the time of a rainstorm. SOLUTION: A drain pipe for construction formed of soft elastic material having excellent weather resistance comprises an outer joint lock plate body 3 having a through hole 2 to coincide with a hollow hole in a cylindrical body 1 integrally formed with one end of the cylindrical body 1, and at a proper position on the inner side of the cylindrical body 1, a disc-shaped valve element 4 which is a little smaller than an inner diameter of the cylindrical body 1 is connected to a point holding part 5 at a circumferential edge of the valve element 4 to be supported perpendicularly to a cylindrical shaft. A flange-like overhanging part 6 is integrally formed along the whole circumference of an inner surface of the cylindrical body 1 on the side of a plate body 3 in contact with a connection support point. An outer circumferential side edge surface of the disc-shaped valve element 4 is combined with a counter surface of the flange-like overhanging part 6 to form a seal condition in the cylindrical body 1.
