Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for recovering Mn and P from molten iron. SOLUTION: The molten iron is treated by the following stages 1 to 4. 1. The slag basicity of the molten iron thickened in P and Mn by a dephosphorization regenerating treatment of steel making slag is specified to 1.0 to 2.0 and the Mn in the molten iron is oxidized at 1450 to 1650 deg.C. 2. The Mg-contg. slag generated by the above is used as a raw material for sintered ore or the auxiliary raw material for a steel making furnace. 3. Further, the slag basicity of the molten iron lowered in the Mn is specified to >=2.0 to oxide the P in the molten iron at 1300 to 1450 deg.C. 4. The P-contg. slag generated by the above is discarded or effectively utilized. As a result, the Mn and P are separately recovered by stages and are respectively effectively utilized. The amt. of the dephosphorized slag is decreased in the case this slag is discarded. |
