Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly functional fixing device for a hood folded back toward a rear storage position, simplify the structure of the fixing device and inexpensively manufacture the device. SOLUTION: A hood 3 is secured with a fixing device 35 at a rear storage position B in a folded state. This hood 3 is used for the vehicle, in particular for the convertible where a lock mechanism 15 laid in a front hood part 14 and formed to have a jointing hook 16, and/or a projected centering element similarly fitted to the hood part 14, forms even the functional part of the rear side fixing device 35.
