Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make rigidity in the radial direction of a radial tire balance with rigidity in the circumferential direction by substantially parting a reinforcing rubber layer in the radial direction and continuously arranging them in plural lines in the circumferential direction. SOLUTION: A pair of right and left reinforcing rubber layers 20, 20 extending upward from the upper ends of bead fillers 16, 16 arranged on the upper parts of bead cores 11, 11 of bead parts, so arranged as to be adjacent to a carcass layer 13, and partially covered with both ends 13a, 13a of the carcass layer 13, folded up at the bead cores 11, 11 are arranged. A pair of right and left reinforcing rubber layers 20, 20 are formed as aggregate of many band-like rubber layers 21, 21,... continuing in the circumferential direction of a radial tire 10, parted in the radial direction and linearly arranged at distances. In respective band-like rubber layers 21, 21,..., the hardness of the reinforcing rubber layer 20 is set to 80 deg., the thickness is set to 0.05mm, the width is set in the range of 2 to 10mm, the circumferential elastic modulus is set to 600kg/cm , the radial elastic modulus is set to 400kg/cm , and the ratio of the elastic moduli are 1 to 5. |
