Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for coating with adhesive which makes it possible to adhere with predetermined adhesive of a coating thickness even if rapid curable adhesive is particularly used. SOLUTION: A first coating unit 14 sets a gap between the surface of a first film FU and the surface of a second film FL, and coats the surfaces of the first and second films which are simultaneously continuously fed with adhesive supplied from first adhesive supply means 40. A second coating unit 18 sets a gap between the adhesive coating surfaces of the first and second films which are simultaneously continuously fed, and further supplies adhesive from second adhesive supply means 70 between the surfaces of the first and second films of the state coated with the adhesive by the first coating unit to adhere the first and second films.
