Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to rigidly adhere rubber to a wire rope and a ground member even without using adhesive by so mixing the rubber covering the wire rope with metal as to have high adhesive performance. SOLUTION: A ground member 4 having a base metal 1 and an abrasive layer 2 is provided at an interval at a wire rope 5 of a twisted metal wire, and a rubber spacer 3 covering the rope 5 is provided between the members 4. As the member 4, to improve the adhesive with the spacer 3, copper, zinc, tin or brass placed or welded to the part or entirety is used. As the spacer 3, the mixture having a high adhesive performance with the metal is used.
