Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain generation of deposit and defect on the edge of a blade and abnormal composition edge and prevent occurrence of plucks, scratches, dimensional abnormalities and the like on an object to be cut by setting relative cutting velocity of the edge of a blade towards an object to be cut to two directions and giving fluctuation velocity. SOLUTION: When broaching an object to be cut 21 as moving it with an internal broach 11 held by a pair of vertical elevating platforms 42, 43 and the object to be cut 21 held by a holder 50, cutting of the cutting surface is performed as giving ultrasonic wave oscillation to the internal broach 11 by an ultrasonic wave oscillation mechanism 54 in the direction approximately the same as the cutting progressing direction of the internal broach 11.
