DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ACCESSING MEMORY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of memory access while improving dependency of an address generating part and a memory control part. SOLUTION: A memory control part 30 has a monitor part 32 for storing access addresses inputted from an address generating part 20 and monitoring the stored access addresses and a memory access part 34 for accessing a memory 10 based on the monitored result. The address generating part 20 has an access start recommending part 22 for recommending the start of access to the memory to the memory control part 30. When addresses are discontinuous or when there is access from a CPU, etc., applied conditions are satisfied.
