Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To reduce the weight, miniaturize and minimize the noise and simplify a mechanism for transmitting and switching the turning force. CONSTITUTION: A rotor 25 for a motor 17 is mounted on the lower end part of a stirring shaft 14 and a holder 31 for a clutch 30 is provided on the lower end part of a tank shaft 12. The clutch 80 selects between the mode to transmit the rotation of the motor 17 only to the stirring shaft 14 and the mode to transmit the rotation of the motor 17 to both stirring shaft 14 and tank shaft 12 by the engagement of a lever 34 with a first engaging part 39 or a second engaging part 40.
