DEVICE TO BORE ARTICLE IN TOBACCO MANUFACTURE INDUSTRY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject device for producing air permeable zone on cigarette by establishing plural light sources for generating irradiating light to punch a coated material and allowing light guide member and irradiating head to collect the irradiating beams and multiplexing at a common punching zone. SOLUTION: This device has light sources for generation of irradiating lights to punch the coated material, optical elements condensing the irradiating lights to punch the coating, irradiating heads facing to the coated material and optical guide members guiding the lights from the sources to irradiating heads allowing this device to produce the desired air permeable zone in the coating of stick in tobacco industry (e.g.: cigarette etc.). The light source 16 is composed to generate at least two irradiating lights 19, 21 and the light guide member 23 and irradiating heads 11, 12 combine and guide the irradiating lights to form superimposed focal spots at the mutual punching zone 2, 3 allowing to give a device punching the subject article to provide an air permeable zone on a cigarette, etc.
