SOLUTION: The DC power supply comprises a parallel control switching power supply circuit in which a receptacle to be coupled with the plug of an electric/electronic apparatus 9 is provided in the series line to an AC power supply such that the electric/electronic apparatus 9 functions as a current limit impedance element when the plug is coupled with the receptacle. The quick charger comprises a battery B provided at the output part of a parallel control switching power supply circuit in which a receptacle to be coupled with the plug of an electric/electronic apparatus 9 is provided in the series line to an AC power supply such that the electric/electronic apparatus 9 functions as a current limit impedance element when the plug is coupled with the receptacle.
