Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing equipment which can inspect, surely and at a low cost, the operation of protective conductors arranged in parallel, without generating normal conduction transition or damage of high temperature oxide superconductor of low temperature side leads. SOLUTION: Low temperature side leads 16A, 16B composed of high temperature oxide superconductor connected with high temperature side leads 13A, 13B via intermediate connection parts 14A, 14B, respectively, are set in the state of non-connection with low temperature terminals 12A, 12B, and electrically connected through a connection conductor 17 for the low temperature side leads which is provided with a commutation switch 19. Protective conductors 15A, 15B arranged for protecting the low temperature side leads 16A, 16B are electrically connected through a connection conductor 18 for the protective conductors. By operating the commutation switch 19, a flowing current is commutated from the low temperature side leads 16A, 16B to the protective conductors 15A, 15B, and the commutation operation of the protective conductors is inspected. |
