Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a deodoring function to be attained and further to enable a stain composition to be decomposed without reducing a heating efficiency during cooking operation and without having any relation with the type of cooking. SOLUTION: Photo catalyst 27 for oxidizing and decomposing stain composition in response to activation upon receiving light is coated at an inner surface of a storing part 3 constituting a heating chamber 5 and an inner surface of an inner barrier of a door 4. An activating lamp 17 for use in activating the photo catalyst 27 is arranged within the main body 1. The activating lamp 17 is controlled in its turning-on and turning-off in response to a detected value of a gas sensor for sensing gas in the heating chamber 5.
