Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a pressure sensitive recording sheet which excels in color development and is less liable to color development stains due to pressure and friction used for purposes other than copying. CONSTITUTION: A pressure sensitive recording sheet which has a painted layer on a support which contains a micro capsule containing a hydrophobic medium where an electron donating coloring agent is dissolved, wherein the painted layer contains a water urethane resin of 2 to 20wt.% of total solids.
