ROLL PAPER HOLDER

PURPOSE: To cut off paper in a state leaving a gripping flange by braking the paper by revolving a brake plate by utilizing the drawing force of the paper and revolving a cutter through the link cooperated with the brake plate. CONSTITUTION: At the time of use, at first, the lower end of paper 4 is held by the hand to be drawn out downwardly and a paper roll 1 is unwound to draw out the paper 4 by required quantity. Next, the paper roll 4 is pulled in a horizontal direction to revolve a brake plate 9 around a pivot shaft 8 counterclockwise and the upper end of the brake plate 9 is pressed to the guide part 5 of a support 2 to hold the paper 4 to brake the paper 4. Subsequently, a cutter 10 is counterclockwise revolved through the link 12 pivotally supported on the way of the brake plate 9 and the paper 4 is drawn up along the edge surface of the cutter 10 to be cut. Thereafter, the remaining cut paper 4 is drawn downwardly by a predetermined dimension to be utilized as a next gripping flange.
