ERRONEOUS BUS BAR INSERTION PREVENTING STRUCTURE FOR CONNECTOR

PURPOSE: To provide an erroneous bus bar insertion preventing structure for a connector, capable of quickly detecting the state of a bus bar erroneously inserted in the connector. CONSTITUTION: A bus bar 21 is provided with erroneous insertion preventing projections 22a to 22d. When the bus bar 21 is inserted erroneously in other holes than a coupling hole with a connecting terminal coupled, for example, a rapping hole at the time of insertion, the projections 22a to 22d come in contact with the end of the rapping hole, thereby preventing the bus bar 21 from being inserted over a certain limit. As a result, erroneous insertion state can be detected. Furthermore, when the insertion of another connector is tried carelessly, the projections 22a to 22d come in contact with the end of the other connector, and a gap is formed between both connectors. Thus, the erroneously inserted state of the bus bar 21 can be immediately detected.
