Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To surely provide a trickle charging current at a current level much lower than a charging current. CONSTITUTION:A charging current is regulated by controlling a duty ratio of on/off oscillation at a transistor Q1 in a PWM oscillation circuit 1 on the basis of a reference voltage entered in an input terminal P7 of a constant current circuit 2. After the full charge, a high-level signal is generated from output terminals P8 and P9, and the oscillation is stopped, because the duty ratio becomes zero. While a high-level signal is generated from the output terminal P8 and a low-level signal is generated from the output terminal P9, a reference voltage at the input terminal P7 is lowered and the duty ratio of the on/off oscillation is reduced. As a result, the trickle charging is carried out at a current much lower than a charging one.
